Our mission
Who we are
We are a nonprofit pet foster family network in Jackson County, Indiana. We rescue, rehabilitate and assist pet owners re-home pets in our area. We provide health care and a safe haven while we explore all resources in finding appropriate new homes. We serve our community by educating the public about the importance of being responsible pet owners by spaying/neutering their family pets, therefore reducing the number of abandoned pets being euthanized in shelters across America. Who we are
Since 2007 we have served our community by rescuing abandoned, neglected or surrendered pets. As of 2022, over 6,000 homeless pets have been helped by our services. We provide medical care they may need, spay and neuter, and give them an opportunity to be adopted by great families looking for a devoted canine or feline companion.

We believe that every pet deserves a chance for a happy life with a loving family. We strive to find and explore every resource to help pets who need to find that forever family who will give them that second chance to be a beloved member of their family circle.
We also take every opportunity to educate our community about the advantages of spaying and neutering their pets, to reduce the number of unwanted, abandoned pets in shelters everywhere.
